This Free service can provide help via Phone or email, our team will help you find that perfect piece, whether it’s a certain design, gemstone or even a certain price range.

New Phone System
GemsTV have recently added an additional phone system, making purchasing even easier! The new IVR system will allow you to purchase products by simply pressing a few buttons offering a fast and simple alternative to our call-centre staff.
Don’t worry though there is still help at hand if you have any problems along the way, simply say ‘operator’ and you will be transferred to our customer support team who will be able to process your order and help with any queries. If you would prefer, you can still speak to our call centre every time you call - the choice is yours.
