As you may already be aware GemsTV offers a free Personal Shopper Service, why not take advantage of this service and take the stress out of finding that perfect gift. This Free service can provide help via Phone or email, our team will help you find that perfect piece, whether it’s a certain design, gemstone or even a certain price range.

Text to snatch

GemsTV has launched a new way to buy using your mobile phone; this brand new service is called Text to Snatch.

When you see an item you want to buy on any of our live falling auction games, simply text the word ‘snatch’, the item code of the product you wish to buy and the last four digits of your registered credit or debit card to 60300

e.g. snatch UAO3811 0000

You will then receive a text message stating that your order has been placed. If there is an open order, the item will be added to the open order. The order number and the total value of the order is sent back to you.

Text to snatch can only be used when there are three or more items in the game, if there are less than three items the following text message will be received; your details are not recognised and you must call 0845 612 2000 to join the game.

If the phone number or debit/credit card digits don’t match what we have on our system or are not recognised there are two stages.

STAGE 1
If there are three or more items in the game then the item will be reserved for 10 minutes during which time a text message will be sent asking you to call 0845 6122000 and press option 4 within the next 10 minutes to confirm your order.

STAGE 2
Once the confirmation has been sent you will then be registered for all future text to snatch purchases.

 

New Delivery Options

At GemsTV there are two things that we are passionate about, our jewellery and our customers. We have been listening to your feedback and have learnt that you want more choice when it comes to the delivery of your order. As a result we are pleased to announce that as of Wednesday 27 May, we will be offering five new delivery options to suit your needs.

Premium Delivery £6.95

Our existing standard delivery has been upgraded to premium delivery which offers a next working day service from the date of despatch. Although this improved service means that we have had to increase the price, it does mean that you will receive your order earlier.

Named Weekday Delivery £9.95

We all lead busy lives, and sometimes it is difficult to rearrange your schedule in order to be home for your delivery. It is also useful for those times when you don’t want to miss out on a piece, but need to manage your budget. By delaying delivery for a couple of weeks, you get the jewellery you want but a time when you can afford it. The new named weekday service allows you to choose any weekday in the next three weeks on which you can have your order delivered.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery £9.95

Guaranteed next day delivery is ideal for those times when you have left your gift buying too late or just can’t wait to get your hands on your new piece of jewellery. Just place your order before 3pm Monday – Thursday and we will despatch it immediately for delivery the next day.

Republic of Ireland, Highland and Islands

For those of you that live a bit further a field this service takes just two days to deliver from the date of despatch.

Saturday Saver Delivery

This option is ideal if you would like to save on postage by combining your orders during the week and then receive one delivery – just complete your order by Friday 2am. Alternatively, if you want a Saturday delivery but are ordering on a Friday, just place your order by 3pm.

You can always check the status of your order by calling Customer Services on 0845 658 8663 or by tracking it live online by signing in to your account and clicking on ‘Order Tracking’. You are only charged once your order has been despatched.
