GemsTV is a television home shopping retailer of genuine coloured gemstone jewellery that specialises in selling directly to customers through a "reverse auction" system via television home shopping and the internet.

GemsTV is the United Kingdom's leading dedicated television home shopping retailer of colored gemstone jewelry where we own and operate two dedicated jewellery home shopping TV channels that broadcast live on a Full Time Equivalent (FTE) basis to more than 13.5 million subscribers. In November 2006, GemsTV extended its TV shopping programs into the United States where we broadcast 24 hours a day to approximately 34 million FTE subscribers. In Japan, GemsTV started broadcasting its Japanese TV shopping channel to approximately 3.5 million FTE viewers in November 2007. In addition, GemsTV sells its products on the internet through www.GemsTV.com, www.GemsTV.co.uk, www.GemsTV.co.jp and www.Thaigem.com, as well as on third-party websites such as eBay and Amazon.

GemsTV was incorporated with limited liability in the Cayman Islands on 23 April 2001. Gems TV Holdings Limited, the holding company of the GemsTV Group, is listing on the Singapore Stock Exchange (GEMS SP).
